Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our manufacturing client in Cikarang, working on-site. You will lead the sales team, visit clients, and negotiate with decision makers to drive the full B2B sales cycle from needs assessment to pre-production coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Japanese automotive manufacturing environment, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and proven ability to secure orders and analyze markets to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Have working experience at Japanese Automotive Manufacturing Company as Supervisor or above, minimum 5 years.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Have experience meeting with decision makers.
• Able to handle all the work as a manager in the sales department without subordinates.
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PPT.
• Have excellent logical thinking skills.
• Have strong calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make yearly, quarterly and monthly plans.
• Maintain existing clients in order to receive orders constantly.
• Analyze the market and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
• Visit clients and conduct business negotiations directly with client decision makers.
• Manage the full B2B sales process, including client needs assessment, product presentations, price negotiations, and pre-production coordination.
• Handle client complaints and requirements.
• Make sales reports with analysis in order to increase profit.
