Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA Bandung seeks an experienced factory Production & HR Manager to oversee daily operations for about 100 employees. You will plan production, optimize processes, ensure quality, and manage end-to-end HR, payroll, attendance, and labor compliance, while coordinating warehouse and shipping tasks.

Proficiency in Indonesian and Mandarin (HSK5+) is required, with 5+ years in factory production management and at least 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in factory production management, with at least 2 years in leadership
• Fluent Indonesian and Mandarin (HSK5 or above)
• Experience with end-to-end HR, payroll, attendance, and labor compliance
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate across functions

Job description

Oversee daily factory production operations of a factory for approximately 100 employees, including production planning, process optimization, quality control, and on-site management. The role will also manage end-to-end HR functions, warehouse and shipping operations, and coordinate production and administrative matters to ensure smooth and stable factory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily production operations of approximately 100 employees, including production planning, process optimization, quality control, and on-site management
• Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, attendance, payroll, employee relations, and labor compliance
• Develop and improve production and HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
• Oversee warehouse management and shipping operations, with the ability to use factory production management systems and ERP warehouse systems
• Coordinate production, HR, and administrative matters to ensure efficient daily operations
• Handle employee concerns and unexpected issues and maintain stable factory operations

About you

• Native Indonesian speaker with fluent Mandarin (HSK 5 or above, or fluent spoken Mandarin that can be used as a working language)
• More than 5 years of experience in factory production management, with at least 2 years of management experience
• Familiar with end-to-end HR management, including recruitment, attendance, payroll, employee relations, and labor compliance
• Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS procedures, and related matters
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in production and HR management within large garment, home textile, or fabric factories will be preferred
