Job summary

PT Bolde Inovasi Global is seeking a seasoned Factory Manager to oversee production, warehouse, maintenance, and quality control across the plant in Indonesia. You will drive production planning, capacity development, and cost control while leading a large workforce and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet targets in quality, quantity, and delivery.

The role requires a minimum S1 degree in a related field and 5–8 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with strong analytical skills

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, with experience as Factory/Plant Manager or managerial position.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Understanding of production planning, inventory, warehouse, QC/QA, maintenance, and cost control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all factory operations from production, warehouse, maintenance, to quality control.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop and control production planning and production capacity.
• Optimize the use of labour, machinery, raw materials, and factory facilities.
• Monitor production efficiency and reduce waste, downtime, and operational costs.
• Ensure implementation of SOP, GMP/5S, occupational health and safety, and quality standards.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the production team and all related department heads.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse, QC/QA, Engineering, HR, and Finance.
• Handle production issues and implement continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and evaluate factory operational performance for management.
