Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA Bandung seeks an experienced factory Production & HR Manager to oversee daily operations for about 100 employees. You will plan production, optimize processes, ensure quality, and manage end-to-end HR, payroll, attendance, and labor compliance, while coordinating warehouse and shipping tasks.

Proficiency in Indonesian and Mandarin (HSK5+) is required, with 5+ years in factory production management and at least 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in factory production management, with at least 2 years in leadership
• Fluent Indonesian and Mandarin (HSK5 or above)
• Experience with end-to-end HR, payroll, attendance, and labor compliance
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate across functions

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations for ~100 employees.
• Plan production, optimize processes, and ensure quality.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and attendance.
• Oversee warehouse and shipping operations with ERP systems.
• Coordinate production, HR, and admin matters.
