Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee the factory HR function, aligning HR strategies with business and operations goals. You will head Recruitment, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, Payroll, Performance & KPI Management, and HR Compliance to drive workforce effectiveness.
Based in the Cikarang factory, you will manage manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, ER/IR with unions, payroll processes, and KPI-driven performance programs, while ensuring compliance with
Oversee and manage the overall HR function at the factory, ensuring HR strategies and practices effectively support business and operational objectives. Lead and manage the HR team covering Recruitment, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, Payroll, Performance & KPI Management, and HR Compliance.
Key responsibilities
Manage manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely fulfillment of factory manpower requirements
Lead Industrial Relations and Employee Relations activities, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, labor disputes, and coordination with employee representatives or labor unions
Oversee HR operations and payroll processes, including attendance, overtime, employee contracts, leave, allowances, compensation, and other HR administration
Develop, implement, and monitor employee KPIs and performance management processes in alignment with factory and business targets
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, government regulations, company policies, and internal HR procedures, while identifying and mitigating potential HR and labor-related risks
Partner with Factory Management and department heads to provide HR solutions, improve employee engagement and retention, strengthen workforce effectiveness, and support organizational development
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
Strong experience and proven capability in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations; experience handling labor disputes, employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and labor unions is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance
Proven experience managing multiple HR functions, including Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, and Performance Management/KPI
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing and developing an HR team
Fluent in Mandarin and English is nice to have to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking management and employees
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Willing to be based in Cikarang factory
