QMPP (QINGDA MASPION PAPER PRODUCTS) seeks a proactive HR professional to manage daily factory HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and document preparation. You will translate between Mandarin and Indonesian, coordinate with production and other departments, and oversee driver schedules.

Handle daily HR operations and employee administration in the factory.
Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee placement.
Prepare employment contracts, warning letters (SP), official letters, and other HR documents.
Monitor employee discipline and ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
Handle employee relations, complaints, disciplinary matters, and internal coordination.
Coordinate employee training, performance evaluation, and KPI monitoring.
Communicate and coordinate between Chinese management and Indonesian employees.
Provide oral and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for meetings, instructions, announcements, and company documents.
Assist Chinese management in communicating company policies and operational requirements to employees.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments regarding manpower and HR matters.
Manage and coordinate company drivers, including driver schedules, assignments, attendance, and daily operational activities.
Handle daily HR operational needs, including employee facilities, uniforms, office/factory supplies, and other general operational matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Chinese Language, or related fields.
Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
HSK 4 or above is preferred.
Previous HR experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is preferred.
Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
Able to communicate effectively with Chinese management and local employees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple HR tasks.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
