Job summary

PT JAC Consulting Indonesia seeks a seasoned Factory Manager for a new garment facility in Pemalang, Central Java.

You will lead end-to-end factory startup, manage layouts, equipment installation, and cross-functional coordination to meet production, quality, and safety targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 8+ years of garment/manufacturing experience with leadership
• Experience setting up a new garment factory is strongly preferred

• Ensure achievement of production, quality, delivery, cost, and HSE targets.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, customer standards, and factory audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in garment/apparel manufacturing, including managerial experience.
• Experience in setting up a new garment factory or production facility from scratch is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment production, IE, quality, factory layout, manpower planning, and cost control.
