PT WANHE GARMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering leader in Boyolali to optimize production performance and efficiency. The role focuses on developing IE strategies, improving processes, and ensuring targets across the factory are met.
Strong analytical skills, leadership, and English proficiency are essential for coordinating with PPC, QA/QC, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IE or related field, 6+ years IE experience in
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, time study, work measurement, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity analysis.
Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/MRP or production management systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Willing to be placed in Boyolali, Central Java.
Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to improve production efficiency, productivity, and manufacturing performance.
Develop and implement IE strategies, systems, standards, and procedures to optimize production processes.
Analyze production processes, manpower utilization, machine capacity, and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement.
Establish and maintain SMV/SAM, operation breakdown, production targets, and efficiency standards.
Conduct line balancing and optimize manpower allocation to achieve maximum production efficiency.
Monitor and analyze productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, downtime, and production performance.
Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and waste, and develop effective improvement plans.
Conduct time studies, method studies, work measurement, and process analysis.
Work closely with PPC, Production, QA/QC, and other departments to ensure production targets are achievable and efficient.
Develop and implement continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Prepare IE reports, productivity analysis, capacity reports, and management presentations.
Lead and develop the IE team through coaching, training, and performance management.
Proficient in AutoCAD and able to create, read, and modify technical drawings/layouts.
