We are seeking the best candidate for the position of Factory Manager to lead and control all production activities, translate Director strategy into work plans and targets, and ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery time.

Translate Director strategy into work plans and work targets
Ensure production targets are achieved according to quantity, quality, cost, and delivery time
Guarantee availability of raw materials, machinery, labor, and production support facilities
Set KPIs for each department and conduct periodic evaluation of achievement
Control production costs and implement efficiency improvement programs
Reduce reject, waste, downtime, production delays, and customer complaints
Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with customer specifications and standards
Develop production capacity based on sales needs and company growth
Ensure preventive maintenance and machine repairs are carried out effectively
Minimum S1 education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing companies, with at least 5 years in senior Manager position or equivalent
Experience managing Production, Quality Control, Engineering and Maintenance, Warehouse and Logistics, Occupational Safety and Health, and operational human resource development departments
Understanding of production systems and processes from raw materials to finished goods
Ability to develop and control production targets, machine capacity, labor requirements, raw material usage, and delivery schedules
Ability to control production costs, increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve machine and labor efficiency
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S/5R, or other operational improvement methods
Understanding of quality management systems and relevant standards such as ISO and specific customer requirements
Experience leading multiple departments and large numbers of employees
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
