Job summary

PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk, a ceramic glove mold manufacturer in the Tanjung Morawa area, is expanding and seeks a Factory Manager to lead and control all production activities, translate Director strategy into work plans and targets, and ensure delivery of quantity, quality, cost, and time.

You will develop production capacity, ensure preventive maintenance, set KPIs, manage maintenance, quality, and logistics, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining high standards and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in a senior manager position or equivalent.
• Experience managing Production, Quality Control, Engineering and Maintenance, Warehouse and Logistics, Occupational Safety and Health, and operational HR development departments.
• Understanding of production systems from raw materials to finished goods.
• Ability to develop and control production targets, machine capacity, labor requirements, raw material usage, and delivery schedules.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S/5R, or other operational improvement methods.
• Understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with customer specifications and standards.
• Develop production capacity based on sales needs and company growth.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and machine repairs are carried out effectively.

About you

Minimum S1 education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

Understanding of production systems and processes from raw materials to finished goods

Ability to develop and control production targets, machine capacity, labor requirements, raw material usage, and delivery schedules

Ability to control production costs, increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve machine and labor efficiency

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S/5R, or other operational improvement methods

Understanding of quality management systems and relevant standards such as ISO and specific customer requirements

Experience leading multiple departments and large numbers of employees

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
