Job summary

PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing, Bandung, seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead garment production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 20+ years in garment manufacturing with strong leadership, planning, and quality control skills. You will coordinate across departments to optimize processes and improve KPIs while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Garment/Textile/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Over 20 years of garment manufacturing experience with leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of garment production processes and factory operations.
• Extensive experience with men’s suit, blazer, pants, shirt, vest, or outdoor/tactical products.
• Strong skills in production planning, line balancing, productivity, and quality control.
• Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/MRP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
