Talent Insider is seeking a Head of Garment Production in Jakarta to lead end-to-end garment manufacturing from design to delivery. You will drive production planning, staffing, and quality control to meet client orders with precision.

The role requires 7–10 years of senior garment production experience, strong leadership, lean manufacturing know-how, and a track record of cost control and continuous improvement across large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in garment production management.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, QC, and lean manufacturing.
• Proven leadership managing large production teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the garment production process from design to finished goods.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, supervisors, and technicians.
