Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education, preferably with garment/textile background.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a garment/convection production supervisor.
• Able to read production targets, output, productivity, and production achievement.
• Able to organize manpower and work process distribution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily production activities, particularly the sewing process.
• Create and ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
• Arrange work distribution and manpower according to production needs.
• Ensure production flow runs smoothly and prevent bottlenecks.
• Monitor production output regularly.
• Control work speed, efficiency, and operator productivity.
• Ensure production results meet company quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production constraints quickly.
• Coordinate with preparation, sewing, and finishing departments.
• Create daily production reports and provide evaluation of target achievement.
