Job summary

Gear Inc is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Southeast Asia facilities, ensuring safety, security, and efficiency. You will manage vendors for access control, CCTV, and infrastructure, while coordinating maintenance and records.

The role requires a bachelor’s in FM or related field, 2+ years in facilities management, and strong English communication. Competitive salary, health benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field.
• 2+ years in facilities management, preferably in BPO or corporate.
• Experience in business continuity & disaster recovery.
• Experience with security access management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on setup and management of vendors for card access, CCTV, mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.
• Coordinate custodial services, cleaning, and security for daily operations.
