Gear Inc is a US-owned BPO providing diverse outsourcing services in Southeast Asia. We seek a Facility Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee security, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in built environment/facilities, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English to coordinate with international teams in a fast-growing company environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Project Management, IT or a related field.
• Experience in built environment and security access management or similar field (min 2 years).
• Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Facility management experience in BPO or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with local built environment regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage vendors for card access, CCTV, and mechanical/electrical infra.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure a safe, secure environment.
• Coordinate custodial and security services for daily operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met and documented.
• Implement preventive maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Maintain records of facility activities, expenses, and compliance.
• Keep filing systems accessible to staff and maintain asset records.
• Maintain emergency response plans, fire drills, and evacuations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure on-time project completion.
• Generate management reports on facility performance and initiatives.
• Other GA Manager duties as requested.

Matchbox Mobile - Gear Inc provides industry leading Image Moderation, Social Media Management, IT Consulting, Application Development, Game Development, and Outsourcing Services. We are experts in moderating online user generated content.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on for setup and management of vendors for card access, CCTV, mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.
• Custodial service coordination with cleaning service and security regarding daily operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of facility-related activities, expenses, and compliance documentation.
• Maintaining a proper filing system and ensuring that all staff have easy access to it.
• Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
• Maintain emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Generate reports for management on facility performance and initiatives.
• Any other relevant responsibilities and duties as requested by the GA Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Project Management, IT or a related field
• Prior experience in the built environment (MEPF - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Facilities) and security access management or relevant field minimum 2 years.
• Experience in managing business continuity and disaster recovery process.
• Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a BPO or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with local built environment regulations.
• Able to operate advanced MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis).
• Have experienced working in a fast paced & growing company environment.
