Job summary

PT Garuda Yamato Steel is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance and infrastructure on site in Indonesia. You will coordinate needs across departments, supervise contractors, and implement preventive maintenance programs to control costs and ensure safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil or related Engineering, has at least 2 years of facility management experience, and demonstrates strong coordination, communication, and budgeting skills while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
Minimum 2 years of facility management or related experience.
Experience in building maintenance and renovation projects is preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor condition, functionality, and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
Coordinate facility needs across departments, including repairs and renovations.
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets.
Supervise contractors and vendors, monitoring quality, progress, timelines, and costs.
Conduct routine inspections, ensure safety standards and policies compliance.
Prepare, manage, and monitor facility maintenance budgets.
