B. Braun Group in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a Senior Officer, Facility Management to oversee the Training Center operations, ensure safety, compliance, and high performance for workshops and collaboration across Asia Pacific.

You will manage day-to-day facilities, coordinate with vendors, maintain equipment, support events, and ensure documentation and regulatory adherence. Bachelor degree and 2–3 years in related field required; willing to work on-site in Bali and occasional after-hours duties.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management, Architecture, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Operations, Property Management, Training Centers, Healthcare Facilities, Hospitality, or related environments.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, maintenance activities, facility assets, and operational support services, would be highly preferred.
• Willingness to be based in Bali and support workshops, events, and operational activities outside normal working hours when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Aesculap Academy training facilities.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Ensure medical training assets and equipment are properly stored, maintained, secured, and ready for use.
• Support training and event activities through facility coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and animal welfare requirements.
