Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Heartist to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality F&B service to maximize guest satisfaction. You will ensure cleanliness, readiness, and equipment functionality, and manage on-time staffing at service start.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity in Bar/F&B, good English, and MS Office skills. Indonesian work entitlement is assumed for local applicants.

Qualifications

• Highest/secondary education or higher is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in Bar/F&B.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Supervise team members and casual workers to ensure timely task completion.
• Ensure guest orders are served accurately, promptly, and courteously.
• Inspect outlets for cleanliness, readiness, and equipment functionality.
