Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager for the group’s south Jakarta properties. You will oversee daily outlet operations, ensure exceptional guest service, manage costs, and drive revenue while leading a capable F&B team.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, inventory control, and consistent compliance with HACCP and safety standards. Fluent English is preferred; willingness to work shifts and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, beverage quality, and presentation.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the F&B team to meet operational and service standards.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate promotions, VIP guests, and daily targets.
