Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising all F&B outlets and events.
• Ensure smooth operation and coordination between front of house and back of house.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in service delivery and presentation.
• Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
