Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies; complete opening/closing duties.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well being; conduct inventories and stock requisitions.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as role model.
• Follow safety policies, protect company assets, and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.
