Job summary

AYANA Midplaza in Jakarta is seeking an experienced F&B Sales Manager to drive revenue for the Food & Beverage department. You will develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and present offerings to prospective clients.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, building relationships with Jakarta corporate, social, and culinary scenes, and collaborating with culinary and service teams to create promotions. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a sales role within hospitality with F&B sales exposure.
• Luxury restaurant experience is a plus.
• Established network within Jakarta corporate, social, culinary scenes.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Self-motivated with sales drive and market intelligence monitoring.
• Passion for luxury dining, trends, and beverage culture.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
