Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto is seeking a dynamic sales professional to promote and sell the hotel's Food & Beverage experiences to corporate clients, wedding planners, and events organizers. You will drive revenue targets and nurture key accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel F&B sales or related sales.
• Experience in handling corporate events, weddings, and/or catering is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell F&B offerings to reach revenue targets.
• Develop new business from corporate, government, social, weddings, and events.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with hotel departments for event execution.
