Job summary

Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto, part of Accorhotel, seeks an F&B Outlet Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, OPS coordination, and adherence to HACCP standards.

You will lead a team, manage reservations and service flow, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, and drive guest engagement while controlling costs and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in Food & Beverage operations with supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in hotel, resort, upscale restaurant, or high-volume F&B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold high standards of guest service, food and beverage quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to meet standards.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate promotions, VIPs, and targets.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond professionally.
• Control costs: food, beverage, labor, and supplies.
