Qualifications

• Experience in 4* / 5* hotel property
• Established network of vendors and clients
• Experience in Wedding, Conference & Events with sales experience
• Good organizational and administration skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems
• Qualification, degree or certification in a relevant field
• Proficiency in English is a must

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to the Revenue team
• Plan, promote and manage all Wedding and Social events
• Receive and convert inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
• Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
• Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
• Focus on up-selling to build catering and events value
• Propose ideas to enhance range and quality of catering and events
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
• Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds
• Ensure administration and execution of all planned events to client satisfaction
• Maintain exceptional guest service levels
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Evaluate guest satisfaction for continuous improvement
• Participate in hotel promotional activities
