Job summary

Sari Rasa Group is seeking an F&B Process Development Staff (Store Operations) to analyze and improve production processes across Central Kitchen and stores. You will develop SOPs, perform time studies, and visit stores to close gaps, reporting findings and supporting implementation.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Travel to stores is required as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in process/production roles.
• Understanding of food production processes and kitchen/store operations.
• Ability to develop SOPs and process flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to stores as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate production processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs for production processes.
• Conduct process observation and time studies at Central Kitchen and stores.
• Visit stores to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Provide recommendations and support implementation of improvements.
• Monitor SOP implementation and process standardization across stores.
• Collect, process, and analyze production data and produce reports.
• Collaborate with Central Kitchen, Store Operations, Kitchen/Production, QA, and other departments.
• Support improvement projects related to productivity, quality, cost and standardization.
