Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Restaurant Manager-Bel Étage to oversee daily restaurant operations, events, and room service coordination as applicable.

You will lead the Food & Beverage team, manage staff, and uphold sanitation and service standards while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or a related field, or a 2-year degree with 2 years of managerial experience.
