Qualifications

• Experience as an Operational Supervisor in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, direct, and evaluate team performance.
• Understanding of restaurant/café operations and service standards.
• Willing to work with a shift system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure they run according to SOP.
• Organize and coordinate task distribution among the team.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and product quality are maintained.
• Conduct briefings and evaluate team performance regularly.
• Handle operational obstacles and customer complaints effectively.
• Monitor stock needs and operational supplies.
• Create operational reports and communicate evaluation results to management.
