Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries in Bali seeks a Reservation Executive for The Wana Desa Tanah Lot to warmly greet guests and transform inquiries into bookings.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and online platforms, recommend rooms, manage reservations, and coordinate with Sales and Front Office to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Excellent English and Indonesian, a Diploma in Hospitality, and proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office are required; luxury boutique hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field required.
• Strong English and Indonesian language skills (written and spoken).
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with warm professionalism.
• Recommend appropriate room categories and packages based on guest preferences and availability.
• Manage reservation system updates, bookings modifications, and cancellations accurately.
• Collaborate with Sales and Front Office to ensure seamless guest journey.
• Achieve daily reservation targets while maintaining high service quality.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Process deposits and payments securely following financial procedures.
• Contribute to revenue through upselling room upgrades and add-ons.
