Job summary

PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia is seeking a talented Business Development Manager in West Jakarta for a full-time role. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture key client relationships, and drive growth across the region.

You will lead market research, craft proposals and pitches, and negotiate favourable terms while collaborating with sales, operations and marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery. Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, account management or sales within food & beverage or hospitality sectors.
Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent presentation and proposal development abilities.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia.
Develop strategic account plans to maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
Prepare proposals, presentations and pitches for clients.
Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
Monitor account performance and client satisfaction against targets.
Collaborate with sales, operations and marketing for onboarding and delivery.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
Track and report on BD activities, sales metrics and progress.
