Job summary

Ayana Hospitality in Jakarta centers on delivering remarkable luxury dining experiences. We seek a proactive Sales Manager for Food & Beverage to expand revenue through strategic plans, market research, and high-end client engagement.

You will build relationships with corporate, social, and culinary partners, present offerings, negotiate terms, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to craft packages. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a sales role within hospitality.
• Experience in luxury restaurant is advantageous.
• Established network in Jakarta corporate, social and culinary scenes.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Self-motivated to drive sales and monitor market intelligence.
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury dining, trends and beverage culture.
• Excellent time management with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance revenue for the Food and Beverage department.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct presentations and site tours to showcase the hotel’s F&B offerings and facilities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to develop promotional offerings and packages.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
