Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
• Experience in restaurant sales, F&B sales, business development, hospitality sales, or event sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable approaching and communicating with new clients.
• Develop and maintain a good network within F&B, corporate, community, and hospitality sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, corporate clients, communities, and business partners.
• Actively identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote 1920 Lounge & Dining's products, dining experiences, events, and promotional offers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Handle sales inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales.
• Build and maintain a strong customer database and regularly update customer information.
• Develop corporate, community, and partnership opportunities to increase restaurant revenue.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Marketing, and Management teams regarding bookings, events, promotions, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients before and after events or reservations to maintain good relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and provide updates on sales progress to management.
