Bottega Italiana Bali is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead our service team and oversee daily restaurant operations in Bali. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining SOPs, and coordinating with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, experience with POS systems (MOKA a plus), and good English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar restaurant supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems; MOKA experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead, monitor, and support the service team.
• Ensure staff follow company SOP, service standards, grooming, and work schedules.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service operations.
• Conduct briefings and support staff training when needed.
• Monitor table arrangements, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
