The role requires a minimum of 10 years in F&B management within luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a director-level position, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall F&B strategy for the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand standards and market demands.
• Oversee the management of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting operations.
• Create innovative menus and beverage programs in collaboration with Executive Chefs and Sommeliers.
• Manage F&B budgets, forecast sales, control costs (food, labor, beverage), and maximize profitability.
• Ensure consistent high quality of food and beverage service delivery across all outlets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain stringent hygiene, health, and safety standards in all F&B areas.
• Source and manage relationships with high-quality suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor industry trends and implement new concepts and services to stay competitive.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for staff development.
