The ideal candidate has proven senior F&B leadership in luxury hospitality, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and the ability to mentor a diverse team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Senior F&B leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, banquet and in-room dining.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and cost-control capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define F&B operational strategy to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, policy implementation and day-to-day operations.
• Manage costs and drive revenue through innovative marketing and service enhancements.
• Cultivate a high-performing, engaged team through development and recognition programs.
