Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali are looking for a Cluster Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the Cluster Director in all F&B operations across both properties. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, ensure brand-standard compliance, and lead financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership and a proven track record in luxury resort F&B, with the ability to mentor leaders and implement strategic initiatives to elevate service and profitability.

Qualifications

• This position is only for Indonesian.
• Minimum 3 years experience within a luxury resort environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction practices.
• Proven ability to assist in managing departmental budgets, labor costs, and revenue performance.
• Ability to support strategic planning and implementation of Food & Beverage initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage in leading and overseeing all F&B operations across Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, commercial success, and compliance with Hyatt Brand Standards.
• Develop F&B leaders, drive revenue growth and profitability, and foster a high-performance culture.
