PT Lbm Energi Baru is seeking a Licensing & Permits Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of qualification documents, ensure timely renewals, and maintain the OSS Investment Acceptance Platform and SIINas records. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in license management, with strong coordination across government bodies.

• Min. 2 years of experience in license & permit management.
• Familiar with OSS, SIINas, and Indonesian licensing regulations.
• Experienced in government coordination and official letter preparation.
• Good document management and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of company qualification and licensing documents, establish expiration reminder mechanisms, dynamically update ledgers, and manage and maintain the OSS Investment Approval Platform and the Ministry of Industry SIINas platform.
• Liaise with business counterpart departments, park management authorities, and the compliance department of the Special Economic Zone Management Committee to coordinate permit application matters.
• Support counterpart business departments in mapping out licensing procedures, and coordinate the approval process as well as annual reviews, changes, and renewals.
• Interpret and organize regulations and industrial policies, and track government regulatory developments as well as support policies for the new energy and lithium battery industries.
