PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk is seeking a Licensing Associate to handle business and product licensing, ensuring compliance with OSS, SNI, K3L, MKG, Halal, and related permits. You will liaise with BKPM, Ministry of Investment, Trade, Industry, and other agencies to streamline processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–4 years in licensing or regulatory administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1–4 years of relevant licensing/regulatory experience.
• Experience dealing with government institutions.
• Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle business and product licensing, including OSS, SNI, K3L, MKG, Halal, and other relevant permits.
• Coordinate licensing processes with BKPM/Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, and other government institutions.
• Monitor license applications, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate, complete licensing records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and licensing follow-ups.
