• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Indonesian regulatory experience.
• 3–5 years in business licensing, regulatory affairs, or regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
• Practical OSS usage including NIB, risk-based licensing, and LKPM reporting.
• Familiarity with KBLI classifications and relevant regulatory areas.
• Experience coordinating with ministries, government agencies, and local authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead licensing management and coordinate OSS-based registrations with government agencies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing requirements, permits, and renewals.
• Prepare periodic regulatory reporting, including LKPM and environmental reports.
• Advise on regulatory obligations for new investments, expansions, and new projects.
