Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a corporate legal或 compliance role.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to legal detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of legal databases is a plus.
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Willing to be placed in Cimahi.

Responsabilités

• Handle and monitor company business licenses through OSS (Online- Single- Submission) and other regulatory platforms.
• Manage the registration and licensing of products, including certificates, and related approvals.
• Support import documentation, regulation compliance, and liaise with customs and related authorities.
• Draft and review agreements, contracts, and internal legal documents.
• Maintain and update legal files, licenses, and corporate documentation.
• Serve as liaison for external communication with government agencies, police departments, and legal institutions when required.
• Provide legal advice and updates on relevant regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Assist with internal audits or inspections related to legal and compliance issues.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Law

Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a corporate legal or compliance role.

Solid knowledge of Indonesian licensing systems, especially OSS, import regulations, product certification, etc.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with external institutions.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to legal detail.
