RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Supervisor for a Manufacturing client in Cikarang. You will lead the sales and business development team, manage client acquisition, build relationships, and identify new opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management, 3–5 years in B2B manufacturing export, and strong English, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• High-conversational level of English
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Business Development from manufacturing and export industries
• Proven experience in team management, client acquisition, and proposal development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of manufacturing and export business processes
