Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Sales Marketing Staff - Machinery (Automation) to be based in Cikarang. You will build and grow customer relationships in the mechatronics and industrial sectors, identify opportunities, and prepare quotations and proposals.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering, demonstrates strong English, and has at least 4 years’ experience in machinery sales within a trading company. SIM A required; ability to perform under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in engineering field
• High conversational English proficiency
• Minimum 4 years of sales/marketing experience in machinery within a trading company

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the mechatronics and industrial sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Promote and sell mechatronics products and related industrial solutions
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or technical solutions
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other necessary sales documentation
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other commercial conditions
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Conduct customer visits and regular follow-ups to maintain strong business relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints
• Prepare sales reports and update customer information regularly
• Other duties as assigned
