Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings with clients.
• Processing and maintaining customer records.
• Responding to client enquiries via email, phone and other channels.
• Preparing sales reports, presentations and documentation for sales management.
• Coordinating with finance, logistics and operations for smooth order fulfilment.
• Supporting sales executives with research, client follow-up and lead generation.
• Managing sales-related documentation and proper filing systems.
• Assisting in organising sales events, product demonstrations and client meetings.
