Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines.

• Experience with ERP systems SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and timeliness for documents related to buying/selling CPO, inventory, and derivatives.
• Process documents related to origination administration or sales/destination products.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to support logistics and administration in sales/purchase.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
• Provide oral and written work plans/reports as instructed.
