• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, supply chain, logistics, accounting, or related field.
• Familiarity with trade documentation, inventory or sales administration processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

• Ensure completeness and timeliness for all documents related to buying and selling CPO, inventory and derivatives for export and local needs.
• Process documents related to origination administration or sales/destination products.
• Coordinate with internal parties to support smooth logistics and administration in sales/purchase.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company data and documents.
• Provide plans and reports of work as instructed by superiors.
