Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking an Export Documentation Specialist to support export operations in Tarjun, South Kalimantan. You will prepare and verify export documents, oversee shipment processes to destination ports, and coordinate with surveyors to ensure compliance with agreements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with preference for Industrial Engineering, Business, or Management, plus at least 2 years in an export role, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist export operations by preparing all required export documents accurately and on time.
• Ensure completeness and readiness of export documents (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report, etc.).
• Supervise export shipment process to the port of destination and coordinate to resolve issues.
• Direct and supervise surveyors per cooperation agreements.
• Ensure export taxes and processing fees are paid on time with correct amounts.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of export document processing.
• Verify surveyor invoices and claims before submission to Back Office.

Job Description

• Prepare all required export documents relating to custom clearance/ entry of the goods procedure are accurate (product terms and specifications in the document in accordance with applicable standards)
• Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and readiness of all export documentation (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report etc.)
• Supervise the export shipment process to the port of destination and immediately coordinate with the competent party to solve the operational problems that occur
• Directing and supervising surveyors in performing their duties so that in accordance with the contents of the cooperation agreement
• Ensure export taxes and processing fees of export documents are paid on time with accurate nominal
• Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of export documents processing
• Verify the invoice surveyor, claim the ship or / and the consumer on the company side before submitted to the Back Office

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, however a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or Management would be an advantage
• Having minimum at least 2 years of experience in Export position

• Willing to be located in remote area (Tarjun, South Kalimantan)
