Job summary

PT. Smart Cakrawala Aviation in Indonesia seeks an Export-Import Staff to drive end-to-end export-import operations, documentation, shipping arrangements, and customs clearance.

You’ll manage PIB/PEB, BL/AWB, CIPL and supporting documents, oversee HS Code classification, duties and taxes, LARTAS, and ensure Indonesian customs compliance; coordination with suppliers, PPJK, forwarders, carriers, and authorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• 1–2 years in export-import operations and customs processes.
• Proficiency in CEISA 4.0 and INSW; familiarity with Indonesian Customs regulations.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end export-import operations, including documentation, shipping arrangement, and customs clearance.
• Manage export-import documentation and prepare/review PIB/PEB, BL/AWB, CIPL, and supporting documents.
• Oversee HS Code classification, Customs Valuation, duty & tax calculation, and LARTAS.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations, tax, and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, PPJK, Freight Forwarders, Carriers, Customs authorities, and internal teams.
• Resolve operational challenges and stay updated with the latest customs and international trade regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field, with 1–2 years experience in export-import operations and customs processes.
• Good understanding of export-import processes, HS Code, LARTAS, Incoterms, and International Trade Compliance.
• Proficient in CEISA 4.0 and INSW, and familiar with Indonesian Customs Regulations.
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, fast learner, and adaptive in an agile work environment.
• Experience handling machinery and spare parts is a plus.
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Willing to be placed in PIK / Tangerang
• Preferably male and non-smoker.
