Job summary

Klub Sukaria, a fast-growing F&B and Game Center, is seeking a Junior/Senior Operational Manager based in Tanjungpinang. You will lead daily store operations, manage 50+ staff, and develop scalable systems to support rapid expansion including Batam.

Ideal candidates bring experience in F&B/retail or hospitality, strong leadership, and the energy to build operational processes from the ground up while maintaining high service standards and productivity across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Based in Tanjungpinang
• Previous experience in F&B, retail, entertainment, hospitality, gaming, or similar operations is a plus
• Able to adapt to our working culture and systems
• Comfortable building operational systems from the ground up
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Disciplined, firm, and responsible when managing teams
• Fast and practical in solving operational problems
• Good leadership and people-management skills
• Strong communication skills - professional but also easygoing and fun to work with
• High mobility and willing to move between stores when needed
• Owns a motorcycle for operational mobility

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across our stores
• Manage and coordinate a team of 50+ employees
• Maintain operational standards, discipline, service quality, and productivity
• Develop and improve SOPs, systems, and administrative processes
• Identify problems quickly and make practical decisions to solve them
• Monitor store performance and report operational issues
• Help build systems that can be replicated as we expand
• Coordinate between management and store teams
• Support the opening and setup of new locations, including future expansion to Batam
• Make sure the business keeps running efficiently while continuing to grow
