Job summary

Fusion Construction Machinery in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Customs Clearance & Import Specialist to manage import processes, handle documentation, and coordinate with customs brokers and authorities. You will monitor shipments, prepare quotations and cost calculations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records.

2-3 years experience preferred; Indonesian Bea Cukai familiarity essential; heavy equipment industry experience is an advantage.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customs clearance, import, or international logistics.
• Familiar with Indonesia Customs (Bea Cukai) and import procedures.
• Familiar with PIB, HS Code, PEB, COO, shipping documents, and customs clearance processes.
• Able to organize documents and materials systematically.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Experience in heavy equipment, machinery, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage.
