Job summary

PT Samudra Dyan Praga, an exhibition contractor, seeks a dynamic Project Sales professional in Jakarta to drive revenue across custom booths, pavilions, and brand activations. You will own the full sales cycle, secure high-impact projects, and collaborate with design and production teams to deliver tailored event solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management or Client Relations.
• Experience in MICE, Event Management, Exhibition, Advertising/Creative Agencies, Event Organizer or Event Contracting Industry is a strong plus.
• Proven track record securing projects from PEO/PCO, corporations, associations and Event Organizers.
• Strong, active network across the MICE industry and understanding of exhibition/conference business processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: secure exhibition construction projects from top clients.
• Client Connections: build long-term relationships with strategic clients and decision-makers.
• Project Discovery: identify opportunities for Official/System Booths, Pavilions and brand activations.
• Winning Pitches: deliver proposals and negotiate with prospects.
• Team Collaboration: work with design, production, estimating, operations and PM teams.
• End-to-End Ownership: manage full sales cycle to contract signing.
• Business Tracking: maintain pipeline, forecast revenue and report activity.
• Trend Spotting: monitor MICE industry trends to unlock opportunities.
