Job summary

PT Samudra Dyan Praga, a leading MICE company, seeks a Procurement & Logistics Manager to oversee vendor sourcing, negotiations, and procurement planning for large exhibitions and international events.

The role requires 5–7 years in procurement/logistics, 2–3 years in supervision, strong Excel and ERP experience (Odoo/SAP/Oracle advantageous), and high integrity and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in MICE, event, exhibition, production, or project-based industries
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of event/project logistics, warehouse, transportation, material movement, and on-site logistics
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (Odoo/SAP/Oracle experience is an advantage)
• High level of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
• Experience handling government, corporate, national or international projects is highly preferred

Procurement & Logistic Manager role with a leading MICE company specializing in Exhibition Contracting and Event Management. The position offers the opportunity to work on international-scale projects across different countries, building career growth with total annual compensation equivalent to up to 14 months' salary and performance incentives.

About you
